The inaugural function of “JANASHREE MUSIC & DANCE ACADEMY” WAS HELD ON 22/11/2015,SUNDAY at VET COLLEGE Auditorium, J PNAGAR ,BANGALORE .
The entire atmosphere was filled with filled with festivity with flowers and rangolis.
On this occasion the Academy has organized the Vibrant “GEETHA NRUTHYOTHSAVA” a Music and Dance Ensemble by Guru Narahari Dixit and his students.

Karnataka kalashree Guru Smt.Revathi Narashiman – Founder-Natya Niketan, Mr.Balakrishna Rao- Deputy registrar of co-operatives blessed the occasion and wished great success for Janashree music & Dance Academy in the field of Music ,Dance ,art and culture.
Speaking on the occasion Mr.P.S.BALAKRISHNA ,B.E., Founder of Janashree Music and Dance Academy Expressed the vision of the academy to promote various art forms like janapada , Ancient folk from backward and remote villages, Classical music and Dance forms like Bharathnatayam, Kuchupidi, Kathak, Yakshagana, Bhootha kunitha, Drama and Theatre, Sugama Sangeetha , Carnatic and Hindusthani music forms.
He said “we are confident that the Academy will be a source of inspiration and pride to all the artists from various backgrounds and will stand as a motivating platform for budding and talented artists to provide knowledge base in conducting research and workshop in kannada art forms and culture.”
He said the academy will truly enable its performers to reach great heights, bringing with confidence to portray their talents and thus throwing light into their purist of excellence and future ambitions.
The evening started with ganesha sthuthi and enthralled the audience with excellent singing by Guru Narhari Dixith and dance choreographed by Alankritha Bhat and Ankitha Bhat .
The Auditorium was filled with music lovers and around 500 people enjoyed the programme.
The programme concluded with a spectacle vande mataram song and dance performance by Srujana Samskrithika Samuha students followed by Dinner.
